Cancellation Policy for Autoship Program

If you purchase the monthly Autoship Option, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your billing date. To cancel, simply send an email with your full name and the email address used for the order to:

Refund Policy

Due to the fact that TruAcai™ is a consumable product, to protect other consumers, we can not accept returned bottles of the product under any circumstances. Therefore, there are no refunds on orders which have already been shipped.

Customer Contact Policy

You are required to provide an accurate phone number, e-mail address, and shipping address when placing your order.

BestPriceAcai will not be liable for shipments not received due to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the checkout process.

Delivery Confirmation Policy

Because a variety of instances may occur at your address that are beyond our control, customers agree that any delivery confirmation (even without a signature) provided by the selected shipping provider is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder.
